To all,
Regrettably, I write to tell you that yesterday was the last official day of business for Pro Paintball/FreeFlow in Victor, NY. (The independently owned and operated Hilton Head, SC operation has also opted to not go forward with the name or logos.) The PODRACK component of the business will also be sold off to satisfy creditor debts.
The facts are that the top line revenues of this business were 30% of which I contracted for with the seller last December. And operating expenses are much higher than expected. I've made substantial investment and improvements to the business in hopes of bringing it back, but the reality is I can no longer afford to lose money month over month without any income and my lawyers have advised me to shut down the operation. In reality, this ship was sinking the day I bought it....
